*Keto meals have been carefully calculated to meet the keto guidelines of at least 70% fat, around 25% protein, 5% carb. Because of that ratio, the keto version contains less volume of food as compared to our traditional versions, since a good deal of macros are coming from healthy fats such as olive oil. Keto meals typically contain 4-5 oz. protein, 4 oz. low carb veggie, and 1-2 T added healthy fat.
