Oven-baked French Toast

Ingredients
- 2 to 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- non-stick spray or vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup low fat milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 to 8 slices of bread
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450F.
- Combine eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Spray or oil a cookie sheet or baking pan.
- Dip bread in egg mixture, lightly coating each side.
- Place bread on the well-oiled baking sheet, and bake on each side about 6 minutes until well browned. Lightly spray sheet before the bread is turned over to brown on the other side.
- Top with favorite toppings.
