Although Chef Mallory’s dishes are inspired by her Italian roots, she spent much of her early 20’s traveling the US. It was during this time that she was introduced to seasonal and local ingredients that she incorporates in each dish to this day.

Being a single mother of two boys (3 and 5) and a 13 year old girl, she knows how difficult it can be to create new dishes all the time.
