Make It GF began with pizza dough. Chef Lori grew up making pizzas every Friday night with her mother and continued this tradition with her own children. She still wanted to make homemade pizzas after going gluten-free, and so created a gluten-free version of her mother’s pizza dough.
Although Make it GF offers many products now, they meet the same basic requirements for Chef Lori’s mother’s pizza dough: A recipe based on simple and fresh ingredients without extra allergens. Their products have a taste and texture as close to their traditional wheat-based inspirations as they can make them. They are a dedicated gluten and nut-free facility.
