Chef Ian & Liz Ceppos’ Culinary Journey

Over a decade ago, Ian decided to stop drinking alcohol and start living a healthier lifestyle. But finding a healthy, non-alcoholic beverage that also tasted great was harder than he imagined…. And he was getting tired of drinking seltzer water with lime. 

Then he found kombucha. He started brewing this healthy drink at home, but his hobby quickly turned into an obsession. His wife, Liz, joined him in brewing, and they began to share their kombucha with others.

They launched Cross Culture Kombucha with the vision of providing the non-drinkers and health-conscious a delicious drink that can be enjoyed at any time, especially socially with family and friends. 

Liz and Ian have a brick-and-mortar tap room located at 52 Division St. in Danbury. Or you can order both their fan favorite and limited edition flavors right here on the site. Enjoy!
